We have heard about the stories of men and women who catch the eyes of people around because of their amazingly appealing physique. Well let’s see the truth, everyone cannot be a model and everyone cannot invest a lot of time on gym, workouts and many other things. So how can a common man invest on living a fit and healthy life in-between his daily shift? While Indian men spend their weeks in offices working, the Indian women are mostly confined to home and a few in jobs. A healthy life obviously has a lot of advantages since it keeps you going, make you look younger and fresh, keeps away a many health related problems. It’s proved that people who work out thrice a week have better body metabolism then the men doing absolute nothing. The young look forward to celebrities to improve their fitness.

Seeing the trend around, a healthy living can be attained without knocking on the doors of gyms and by taking extra diet supplements.

Never imagined that the rhyme my teacher taught me in nursery “early to bed early to rise makes a man healthy wealthy and wise” actually works!!! The yoga gurus suggest it, the style divas admit it… beauty queen Julia Roberts admits of sleeping early and getting up early, it keeps her fresh all day. Nature’s gifts to us (fruits, vegetables) are the best way to keep you healthy. If you are married and have kids better go out with them and play… solves two purposes keeps the family together and yes keeps you healthy. More important than having six pack abs is having a fit and a healthy body. Why don’t men just clean their garden once a week...? I don’t think its tough..!!!

Eating healthy food and avoiding junk food brings down your fat and cholesterol level and make you slimmer fitter and healthier. A twenty minute walk everyday keeps you fresh and increases your stamina. It’s a misunderstanding and a myth that only spending time at gym and pulling those heavy weights keeps you fit … well it does help but what if you can maintain a healthy profile by just being natural and following the environment. Avoid overeating; it’s a major cause for being the reason why obesity is common in your town or city.

Obesity is also the reason for major health problems like heart problems, blood pressure, stroke, arthritis many more

Simple way to stay fit is being positive, doing little bit of home job yourself, getting up early ,going for fresh morning walks, healthy eating and smart living.]

Life is precious and we are fortunate to live so why don’t we go gift life the ideals of living so that life can smile back at us.
